Operating Hours: Shape Restaurant is open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM for pickup and delivery orders and until 1:00 AM for dine-in. Orders are accepted during these hours only.

Order Placement: Orders can be placed online, by phone, or in-person at our physical location. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.

Delivery Terms: Delivery is available throughout specified areas in the UAE. Delivery fees apply based on the distance from our restaurant, with a minimum order requirement.

Cancellation Policy: Once an order is placed, it may not be canceled or modified after confirmation. Please review your order details carefully.

2. Product Information and Allergens

Shape Restaurant provides comprehensive information regarding ingredients and allergens for each menu item to ensure customer safety and transparency. Customers with dietary restrictions or allergies are advised to carefully review these details before ordering.

3. Payment

Accepted Methods: Payments are accepted via credit/debit cards or cash on delivery, subject to verification. Online payment information is securely processed according to UAE data protection regulations.

Pricing: All prices listed on our website are exclusive of VAT. The applicable VAT percentage, as mandated by UAE law, will be added upon checkout and reflected in the final total. Shape Restaurant reserves the right to update prices in accordance with market changes or government directives.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once delivered. However, as food quality can be affected by delivery, especially in hot weather, we kindly ask that you contact our customer service within 30 minutes of receiving your order if there are any defects or incorrect items. This ensures we can assist you promptly while the quality of the food is still intact.

Policy on Special Meals and Custom Orders: Customized orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
